Die leichte Feuchtigkeitspflege Eucerin AquaPorin Active für normale Haut bis Mischhaut gibt empfindlicher Gesichtshaut Feuchtigkeit zurück.

Für geschmeidige Haut ist ein ausgeglichener Feuchtigkeitshaushalt sehr wichtig. Ist die Haut gut mit Feuchtigkeit versorgt, fühlt sie sich geschmeidig und weich an und sieht gepflegt und strahlend schöne aus. AquaPorin Active enthält naturidentisches Gluco-Glycerol. Der Wirkstoff unterstützt die Aktivierung der hauteigenen Aquaporine (die Feuchtigkeitskanäle der Haut). Diese wiederum bilden ein Feuchtigkeitsnetzwerk, das den Feuchtigkeitshaushalt der Haut von innen reguliert. Das Spannungsgefühl der Haut wird gemindert und die Haut intensiv und langanhaltend (für 24 h) mit Feuchtigkeit versorgt.
